IMPORTANT MESSAGE CONCERNING CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19
Governor Roy Cooper has declared a state of emergency in North Carolina concerning COVID-19. It is important to take steps to protect your health and the health of others. All patients entering or being seen in the clinic will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. Our staff will also administer a no-touch temperature check for all patients. We also offer telehealth appointments.
If you are scheduled for a visit to Reply and have ANY KNOWN EXPOSURE to COVID-19 or are experiencing ANY SYMPTOMS – including fever, persistent cough, shortness of breath, or other flu-like distress – YOU MUST CALL US FIRST @ 919-230-2100. Our clinical staff will help you make the best decision about the next steps to take. Please know that Reply can offer telemedicine appointments in many cases instead of an in-person appointment.
