Coronavirus/COVID-19 Update – Reply is open and seeing patients in clinic. All patients entering or being seen in the clinic will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. Our staff will also administer a no-touch temperature check for all patients. We also offer telehealth appointments. If you are scheduled for a visit to Reply and are experiencing any symptoms or have any known exposure to COVID-19, PLEASE CALL US FIRST @ 919-230-2100. Our clinical staff will help you make the best decision about next steps to take. Please note only patients may enter the Reply clinic for appointments (family members or other support persons may wait in their vehicles). EXCEPT – patients having their first OB ultrasounds and also those having anatomy scans will be able to bring a support person with them to the visit. WakeMed Cary Hospital is allowing only one support person for maternity patients at the hospital; during labor the hospital allows a doula as an additional support person. Beginning at noon Monday, 10/19/2020, all patients admitted through WakeMed Emergency Departments (including OB EDs) or hospitals (including the Rehab Hospital) will be tested for COVID-19.
